Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. California Blend vegetables
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • onion to taste
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook vegetables as directed.
  2. Prepare dressing according to directions.
  3. Add soup, sour cream and onion.
  4. Pat 1/2 of dressing into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Spread vegetable mixture over this and top with remaining dressing.
  6. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
