Veggie Beef Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or ground sirloin beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 pkg. frozen mix vegetable
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan, place ground beef and cook until brown.
  2. Add macaroni and spaghetti sauce and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in frozen mix vegetables, onions and garlic powder.
  4. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
