- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat veggie patties with cooking spray; place patties in pan, and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until thoroughly heated and lightly browned. Cut each patty in half.
- . Spread 1 tablespoon hummus inside each pita half. Fill each pita half with a veggie patty half, 1/4 cup lettuce, 1 slice tomato, and 2 slices cucumber. Serve immediately.
