Instructions
- Arrange cauliflower, broccoli, and zuchinni on plate and cover with saran wrap.
- Microwave approximately 8 minutes.
- Let stand for 2 minutes with the wrap still on it.
- Drain liquid off. Pour 3 Tbsp. butter with 1/2 tsp. garlic powder over top.
- Cover with cheese and add tomatoes.
- Microwave uncovered for 1 1/2 minutes.
