Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or salt
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 2 zuchinni squash

Instructions

  1. Arrange cauliflower, broccoli, and zuchinni on plate and cover with saran wrap.
  2. Microwave approximately 8 minutes.
  3. Let stand for 2 minutes with the wrap still on it.
  4. Drain liquid off. Pour 3 Tbsp. butter with 1/2 tsp. garlic powder over top.
  5. Cover with cheese and add tomatoes.
  6. Microwave uncovered for 1 1/2 minutes.
