Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. stew meat
  • 1 pkg. frozen veggies
  • 1 large can crushed tomatoes
  • tapioca (Minute type)

Instructions

  1. Mix the stew meat, frozen vegetables, crushed tomatoes, and tapioca in a large ovenproof casserole.
  2. Sprinkle tapioca on top of the mixture.
  3. Cover the casserole and bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  4. Stir the stew before serving over rice or mashed potatoes.
