Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 2/3 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Add sugar, salt, nutmeg, milk, and vanilla to a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat eggs well; then add to the mixture and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
  6. Bake for an additional 30 minutes until set.
