Instructions
- In a 1 cup measure, combine buttermilk, bouillon and oregano. Let stand 10 minutes.
- Place chicken in a large bowl.
- Pour mixture over chicken; toss to coat.
- Let stand 30 minutes.
- In paper or plastic bag, combine flour and paprika.
- Shake each piece of chicken in bag to coat.
- Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Drizzle with margarine.
- Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour or until golden.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
