Instructions
- With dough hook combine water, 7 cups of flour and yeast.
- Add remaining ingredients and enough flour until dough cleans from side of bowl.
- Knead 6 minutes (10 minutes by hand); form loaves and place in pans.
- Let rise to near double.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- If mixed by hand, cover and let rise to double.
- Punch down; let rest 15 minutes.
- Second rising in bowl makes finer textured bread.
- Form loaves and bake.
