Ingredients

  • 2 cups berries of any variety
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Puree berries, lemon juice, and sugar in a blender; strain to remove seeds.
  2. Prepare dehydrator tray with a light spray of nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Pour berry puree into the prepared tray to approximately 1/4-inch thickness.
  4. Spread the puree with a rubber spatula to evenly distribute.
  5. Dehydrate at 135°F for 4 to 5 hours or longer, until the puree is leathery, pliable, and no longer tacky to touch.
