Ingredients

  • 2 baked potatoes, scooped out
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 1/2 cans milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the baked potatoes, cream of potato soup, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Reheat as required.
  4. Serve and optionally stir in cheese or top with crumbled bacon.
