- Cream sugar and eggs.
- Add dry and liquid ingredients alternately.
- Drop by tablespoons in hot oil.
- Fry until golden and place on paper towels to drain.
- Roll in granulated sugar while warm.
- Use deep fryer or skillet at 400°.
