Ingredients

  • -1/4 cup Salt
  • -1 Tbs Pepper
  • -1 Tbs Onion Powder
  • -1 Tbs Garlic Powder
  • -1 Tbs Ground Cumin
  • -2 large oranges
  • or 1 cp bottled lemon juice
  • -1 can of beer
  • 4 lbs. beef back ribs

Instructions

  1. Mix orange juice or lemon juice with the beer, bathe the ribs in this concoction, then use the first 5 ingredients to season to taste. (Cumin has a strong taste by itself but on beef it adds a wonderful depth of flavor!
  2. Grill over red hot hickory flavored charcoal hig enough to cook and not burn. I promise you won't be disappointed. Serve with fresh salsa, mexican rice and refried beans.
