Instructions
- Beat eggs slightly, then add sugar slowly.
- Now add milk.
- Mix well.
- Add flour and salt.
- Beat until smooth.
- Add vanilla. Using your deep fryer, heat waffle iron in oil, then dip in batter and then back in oil until brown.
- Knock off of iron onto paper towel.
- Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
