Ingredients

  • 2 frozen waffles
  • 2 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. jam, jelly or preserves
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk

Instructions

  1. Heat waffles according to package instructions.
  2. Spread with margarine and jelly.
  3. Serve a glass of milk with meal.
