Instructions

  1. For each sandwich, spread butter on slices of rye bread.
  2. Layer Swiss cheese, two slices of chilled corned beef, and Summer Slaw between slices of bread to assemble the sandwiches.
  3. Repeat to make a total of six sandwiches.
