Quick mini pizzas with crispy biscuit bases, flavorful Ragu sauce, and melt-in-your-mouth mozzarella cheese, perfect for snacks or casual gatherings with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 jar Ragu sauce
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place biscuits on a cookie sheet and press centers to form small bowl shapes.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of Ragu sauce to each biscuit.
  4. Cube mozzarella cheese and place one cube on each biscuit.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
