"Walldorf" Chicken

- Put chopped onion on each chicken breast and roll it, securing with bacon wrapped around each breast.
- Salt and pepper.
- Brown rolled chicken breasts in butter in frying pan.
- Put in rectangle casserole dish as close as possible.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup and sherry and pour over chicken.
- Cover with foil and bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours.
- Uncover the last 10 minutes to brown well.
