Ingredients

  • 11 oz Brie cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2/3 cup toasted, chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Combine Brie cheese and sour cream in a bowl; stir well.
  2. Stir in toasted, chopped walnuts, drained sun-dried tomatoes, and minced fresh basil.
  3. Spoon into tomato shells, if desired.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
  5. Serve at room temperature with French bread.
