- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Blend at low speed, then beat at high speed for 3 minutes.
- Pour half of the batter into well-greased and lightly floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Cover with half of topping.
- Spread the other half of batter.
- Sprinkle and cover with other half of topping.
- Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
