Instructions
- Heat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix Kix cereal, Spanish peanuts, raisins, and dried banana chips in an ungreased jelly roll pan.
- Heat margarine and honey until melted.
- Stir in cinnamon and salt.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal mixture and toss until coated.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Stir in flaked coconut; let stand for 5 minutes.
- Loosen the mixture from the pan and transfer to a serving dish.
- Sprinkle with additional salt if desired.
