Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons grape juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, raisins, walnuts, sunflower seeds, grape juice, and maple syrup in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Cook in microwave oven on High until hot, about 30 seconds.
