Wassail(Punch)

Warm and fragrant wassail punch combines apple cider and cranberry juice with cinnamon and spices, perfect for festive gatherings and holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gal. apple cider
  • 1 1/2 c. cranberry juice
  • 1 1/2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. whole allspice

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, add apple cider, cranberry juice, and cinnamon sticks.
  2. Heat slowly until the mixture starts to froth, but do not boil.
  3. Place whole cloves and whole allspice in a tea ball.
  4. Dip the tea ball into the hot liquid to taste, allowing the spices to infuse.
  5. Serve warm or chilled as desired.
