Instructions
- Sift together dry ingredients.
- Combine egg yolks, milk and oil; stir into dry ingredients.
- Fold in beaten egg whites and vanilla extract, leaving a few fluffs.
- Pour into hot waffle iron. Waffles are done when they are crisp on the outside.
- Serve with warmed maple syrup.
