Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Wedge unpeeled potatoes; lay potatoes in baking pan, unpeeled skins down.
  2. Brush with oil mixture several times.
  3. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes, or until crispy.
