Instructions
- Roll the bread thin and grate the peeled apple.
- Mix grated apple with artificial sweetener and spread evenly on the bread.
- Place the prepared bread on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and spread oleo (margarine) on top.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- If desired, add cheese before serving.
