Ingredients

  • 1 slice bread
  • 1 peeled apple
  • 1 package artificial sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon oleo
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Roll the bread thin and grate the peeled apple.
  2. Mix grated apple with artificial sweetener and spread evenly on the bread.
  3. Place the prepared bread on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and spread oleo (margarine) on top.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. If desired, add cheese before serving.
  7. For variety, substitute banana or fresh peaches for the apple.
