Ingredients

  • 1 c. raw cashews
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. dates
  • 1 1/2 c. sesame seed
  • 3/4 c. soy flour
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Blend the raw cashews, hot water, and dates until smooth, soaking the dates in hot water to soften.
  2. Add the blended mixture to the other ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Mix well until combined.
  4. Pat the mixture thin into a sprayed baking pan.
  5. Bake at 325°F until golden brown.
  6. Cool the crackers and then cut into pieces.
