Ingredients

  • 1 lb. (more or less) bean sprouts
  • stir-fried meat of your choice
  • 1 onion
  • soy or teriyaki sauce
  • water as needed
  • dash of chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and meat; add 1 cup of water to start and enough soy sauce to give desired taste.
  2. Add bean sprouts, cooking over medium heat.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Cook to desired doneness.
  5. Keeps well overnight.
