Instructions
- Core, rinse and drain lettuce; chill.
- Combine sour cream, oil, vinegar, onion, sugar, salt and thyme.
- Chill if you wish. Cut olives into halves; tear lettuce into bite size pieces (5 cups).
- Core and dice apple; toss with lettuce, olives and cream mixture in salad bowl.
- Serve at once.
