Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (3 oz.) box vanilla pudding (instant)
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 Tbsp salad oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, vanilla, vanilla pudding, water, salad oil, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  3. Swirl into the cake mixture to evenly distribute the cinnamon and brown sugar.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined baking pan.
  5. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
