White BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Light Mayonnaise
  • 13 cups White Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 whole Lime, Zested

Instructions

  1. Mix salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Remove fat from chicken and rinse.
  3. Dry the chicken and then rub each piece with the spices, making sure to get the rub in all the nooks.
  4. Cover the chicken and refrigerate.
  5. The rub can sit on the chicken for up to a day.
  6. You want to make sure it is allowed to sit for at least 3 to 4 hours.
  7. Preheat the grill and place the chicken on once it is hot.
  8. Cook on medium heat for approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  9. While the chicken cooks, prepare the sauce by whisking together the sauce ingredients until combined.
  10. Remove the chicken from the grill and then brush on the sauce.
  11. Cover the chicken with foil and allow it to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
  12. Add more white bbq sauce as needed.
