White Cabbage Salad

Instructions
- Cut cabbage in half and slice it thin and remove the stem.
- Dice onions fine and add all other ingredients.
- Mix well and let it sit for at least 2 hours or over night.
- Try and add more vinegar, salt, pepper or tarragon to taste.
