Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground venison
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans Ranch Style beans
  • 2 medium jalapeno peppers, diced
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook venison and drain. Place venison, beans, sauce and paste in large pan and simmer. Add peppers and garlic and mix well. Simmer on low heat 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, adding salt and pepper to taste. Allow to cool and refrigerate for 24 hours. Reheat and simmer for 1 hour. Cool and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  2. Heat and serve.
