Wild West Dip

Instructions
- Brown the hot sausage in a skillet and drain off the excess fat.
- Add the can of Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies to the sausage and mix well.
- Cut the Velveeta cheese into chunks and add to the sausage mixture.
- Cook and stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is heated through.
- Serve the Wild West Dip in a chafing dish with large corn chips.
- It is also delicious served over baked potatoes.
