Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the hot sausage in a skillet and drain off the excess fat.
  2. Add the can of Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies to the sausage and mix well.
  3. Cut the Velveeta cheese into chunks and add to the sausage mixture.
  4. Cook and stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is heated through.
  5. Serve the Wild West Dip in a chafing dish with large corn chips.
  6. It is also delicious served over baked potatoes.
