Indulgent seven-layer bars combine rich chocolate, butterscotch, nuts, coconut, and a buttery graham cracker crust, creating a sweet treat perfect for parties, potlucks, or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 oz butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 to 2 cups coconut
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Layer the crushed graham crackers in the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Pour the melted butter evenly over the graham cracker layer.
  4. Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips over the buttered graham crackers.
  5. Add the butterscotch chips on top of the chocolate.
  6. Spread the chopped nuts over the chips.
  7. Add the coconut layer evenly over the nuts.
  8. Pour the can of Eagle Brand milk over all the layered ingredients.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  10. Allow to cool slightly, then cut into small bars.
