Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can sliced carrots
  • 1 can French-cut green beans
  • 4 c. mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef (drain).
  2. Add cream of mushroom soup, carrots and green beans.
  3. Mix together; place in 4-quart casserole.
  4. Cover with a layer of mashed potatoes.
  5. Add a few pats of butter.
  6. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until browned.
