Wine Potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Pare and slice potatoes; arrange half the slices in a greased casserole.
- Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 of the onion over the potatoes. Spoon 1/2 of the soup over top, then pour 1/2 of the wine over the soup.
- Repeat layers; cover casserole.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Remove cover; bake 15 minutes longer.
