Ingredients

  • 25 medium cucumbers, peeled and diced
  • 2 bunches celery, diced
  • 3 red peppers, diced
  • 2 green peppers, diced
  • 4 medium onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Soak the peeled and diced cucumbers, diced celery, and diced red and green peppers in salt water overnight.
  2. Drain the vegetables in the morning.
  3. Add the chopped onions to the drained vegetables and mix well.
