Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Place chicken on a large sheet of foil. Top each piece with 1 tablespoon herbs, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon parsley.
- Fold foil tightly around the chicken with double folds on each edge.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serves 3 to 6 people.
