Instructions
- Beat butter until light and fluffy.
- Sift powdered sugar and gradually add to butter.
- Beat in egg yolks.
- Stir in flour, flavoring and almonds.
- Beat until smooth.
- Put dough in a cookie press, using no cookie tip.
- Press out into well-greased and floured rings.
- Bake at 350° until lightly browned.
- Turn over to remove and cool.
- Frost as desired, using almond flavored butter icing.
- Stack rings one on top of the other to make a graduated tower (largest to smallest).
