Ingredients

  • 10 lb hamburger
  • 6 No. 303 cans tomatoes
  • 4 Tbsp red chili powder

Instructions

  1. Mash all tomatoes with hands, removing cores.
  2. Add hamburger and mix with hands.
  3. Add water according to thickness of chili desired, approximately 1 gallon.
  4. Salt to taste.
  5. Cook over medium heat approximately 2 1/2 hours.
  6. When water turns chalky white, add 4 full tablespoons of chili powder.
  7. Use Try Me chili powder at the "Y."
