Instructions
- Mix cubed roast, garlic salt, season salt and flour in a large bowl.
- Stir together until all meat is well coated.
- Place meat into large preheated frying pan with small amount of vegetable oil.
- Cook over medium heat until meat is browned.
- Stir in 2 cans of beef broth and stir in 2 cans of warm water.
- Cook until broth and water become gravy.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or cooked rice.
