Ingredients

  • 2 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. water
  • 6 oz. pkg. cherry jello
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1/2 c. celery

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 cup orange juice and 1 cup water to boil.
  2. Dissolve the cherry jello and salt into the boiling mixture.
  3. Stir in 1 cup orange juice.
  4. Add crushed pineapple, nuts, celery, and whole cranberry sauce.
  5. Pour into a mold or dish and chill until set.
