Yellow Cucumber Pickle

Ingredients

  • 1 gal. large yellow cucumbers
  • 1 gal. cold water
  • 1 1/2 c. lime

Instructions

  1. Peel cucumbers. Slice lengthwise or across.
  2. Take out seeds. Soak in lime water for 24 hours. Drain off lime water and wash real good, 2 or 3 times. Soak in cold ice water for 3 hours. Drain off the ice water real good.
