Ingredients

  • 1 c. plain peanut butter
  • 2 c. unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice (undiluted)
  • 1/2 c. chopped dates
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c. honey

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  3. Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate until firm.
  4. Yield: 4 dozen balls.
