Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges (with juice)

Instructions

  1. Mix the yellow cake mix, oil, eggs, and mandarin oranges with juice until well combined.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Prick holes all over the hot cake with a fork.
  5. Pour the juice from a large can of crushed pineapple over the hot cake.
  6. Prepare the topping as desired and serve.
