Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
  • 1 stick melted margarine

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain spinach.
  2. Marinate spinach two hours in the sour cream and Lipton onion soup mix.
  3. Top with Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing and melted margarine.
  4. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
