Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup ground sumac*
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients with 1/3 cup water.
  2. *Buy this tart, ground dried berry in the spice aisle of well-stocked supermarkets.
