Ingredients

  • 1 medium yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1/4 Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Zesty Italian salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Lightly coat baking dish. Place squash and zucchini in a zip and seal bag with the 2 tablespoons dressing. Seal and shake. Add cheese and bread crumbs. Seal and toss lightly. Arrange breaded slices in single layer in pan. Bake at 450° for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.
