Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 medium sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup grated Jack cheese
  • 1 can Ortega green chili salsa

Instructions

  1. Put sliced zucchini in a skillet.
  2. Cover with Ortega green chili salsa (no other liquid).
  3. Cover and cook on low until fork tender.
  4. Remove from heat, cover with grated Jack cheese.
  5. Replace skillet cover and cook for about 1 minute until cheese melts.
  6. Serve.
