Instructions
- Slice zucchini.
- Chop onion and tomato.
- Saute zucchini in small amount of oleo until limp and keep stirring.
- Push zucchini aside and add onion and tomato.
- Add lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and basil or dill weed.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Stir over medium high heat until tomato and/or zucchini get soft. Add tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle cheese on.
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes ore until thickens.
